This website sets two kinds of cookies.

Necessary. These are always present, because the site does not work without them:

• antweb-session keeps your session while you are on the site. Without it the contact form does not work. Expires after two hours.
• XSRF-TOKEN protects the contact form against outside abuse. Expires after two hours.
• __cf_bm is set by Cloudflare, which shields traffic to this site, and tells real visitors apart from bots. Expires after half an hour.
• anto_consent remembers whether you accepted or refused statistics, so we do not ask again on every visit. Expires after one year.
• The hosting platform also sets one technical cookie with a varying name and the same two-hour lifetime.

No consent is required for these, and they cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

Statistics, only with your consent. If you agree, we use Google Analytics to measure which pages are visited, how visitors arrive here and on which device. We use that to improve the site, not to track you personally or to advertise.

• _ga and _ga_80E1YM2NBJ recognise your device on a later visit, so new and returning visitors can be told apart. They expire after two years.

If you refuse, Google Analytics is not loaded and those cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page.

If you fill in the contact form, we only receive what you enter yourself: your name, email address, phone number, message and any files you attach.

We use that data to answer your question. Nothing else. We do not sell it and you will not get mail from us that you did not ask for.

We use Mailgun to send those messages. If you accept statistics, Google Analytics also processes data about your visit. Your data therefore passes through those services, each for that single purpose. The website itself runs on servers inside the European Union.

You can always ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. A single message through the contact form is enough.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
