A heat pump is a big investment, and the result depends on the study beforehand and the quality of the installation. That is often where it goes wrong.

My heat pump uses much more energy than promised. Why is that?
Usually because of wrong sizing, poor settings or a home that was not ready for it. We measure what the installation actually does, compare it with what was promised and identify the cause in a written report.
Is my home suitable for a heat pump?
That depends on your insulation, your heat emitters and the temperature you want to reach. We check the numbers independently before you order, so you do not find out afterwards. Calling us to explain your situation is free.
The heat pump does not get my home warm. Who can look at that independently?
Anto Group. We measure the installation, check the design and settings and tell you plainly where the problem lies. You get a written report you can take to your installer.
Do you sell or install heat pumps yourselves?
No, deliberately not. Whoever sells cannot judge freely. Anto Group does expertise only: calculating, measuring, comparing and advising. You have the installation carried out afterwards by whoever you choose.
Will you check quotes before I order a heat pump?
Yes, and it is the cheapest mistake you can avoid. We check the sizing, the assumptions behind the promised savings and whether the quote is complete.
What does a heat pump assessment cost?
Phone consultation is free. A site visit with preliminary study starts from €750, transport not included, and always comes with a written report. Larger cases for SMEs or industry are quoted per case, and the price is agreed up front.
